I bought a car (M3 E36 3.2L) in November 2023 with Sam from M33 Aquitaine. The car was running but the engine made a noise when starting which did not satisfy me and which worried me. It lasted almost a year between trips back to Bordeaux (I'm from Brittany), repairs, diagnostics, troubleshooting etc etc…. On his initiative, Sam offered to trade in my car so that I could take advantage of this wonderful engine and so that he could take the time to resolve the problem on the car I had purchased. In more than a year, Sam has always responded to my messages and calls with extremely appreciable responsiveness. During the period when the car was being repaired at his house, I had one message per day describing the operations he had done on the car, the ever warmer welcomes at the garage (not to mention the pain au chocolat/chocolatine) … Excellent interpersonal skills and exemplary professionalism!
